Sunny Days with Sunny Skin

Sunny Skin Glow Filter Tested

Growing up with fair skin meant I was always susceptible to sunburn. Sunscreen and sun safety was a HUGE part of my childhood. Now that I’m in my 30’s, it’s not only about safety but also about anti-aging! Finding the right sunscreen is so important as I’ve found that some wipe off easily, sting the eyes and leave my skin dry and irritated.

Recently I was given the opportunity to test Sunny Skin. Not only does it hydrate and nourish the skin, it actually keeps my skin safe from sunburn. It’s lightweight enough to not feel gluggy on the skin, but also thick enough to give the proper protection. I was impressed to learn it also protects your skin from blue light and other environmental factors.

After using Sunny Skin I’ve noticed my skin quality has improved. It’s become a regular part of my skincare routine, replacing multiple products I previously had to use. Sunny Skin contains other rich, nourishing skin food such as jojoba, squalane, and vitamin E. I LOVE the tinted sunscreen “Glow Filter”. Basically, if you enjoy looking like a bronzed goddess, this product is for you. Filled with delicious anti-redness properties, it will help smooth your skin and give you a beautiful glow.

Sunny Skin Glow Filter

The biggest surprise for me was to learn that Sunny Skin was oxybenzone free. Found in most sunscreens, oxybenzone is used as an UVB and UVA filter. However, it is also considered a common trigger for allergic reactions. So much so that it’s been named Allergen of the Year by the American Academy of Dermatology. Sunny Skin is oxybenzone free and instead uses other safe ingredients to provide a broad spectrum protection.
